- Service provided: Pre-feasibility study and planning of the integration of the wastewater system into the HALICO process including biogas utilisation; EPC contract including base design, process and detail engineering for the WWTP with UASB reactor, air stripper, trickling filter, sludge utilisation, advanced post-treatment and pond system; procurement of equipment delivered by German manufacturers; support for operational start-up including training workshops


Extension of industrial STP in Bitterfeld-Wolfen by anaerobic pre-treatment and biogas production

- New construction of a sewage treatment plant in Managua with a capacity of 780,000 p.e. resp. 157,000m³/d
- Services provided: Base and detail design, tender and procurement following FIDIC, design of a DBO-model to include optimisation design and plant operations by the construction/operation company

Construction of Central STP in Habichtswald (Germany)
- Client: Municipality of Habichtswald, Hessen
- Duration: 1997 - 2005 plus after sales services
- New construction of the STP Habichtswald (6,500 p.e.) including sludge drying and stabilisation fields, storm water overflow tanks (550 m³) as well as re-construction of old plants in abandoned locations; additional installation of a chemical dosing facility for sludge precipitation and enhanced phosphate removal
