- Storm water management concept and dewatering planning for the settlement area "Am Hölder" (110,000 m² settlement area, 375 housing units)
- Delivered by the Consultant: Elaboration of the concept in co-operation with architects; specialised expertise for the development plan; infrastructural planning with open drains or (alternatively) storm water sewers and centralised percolation fields (3,800 m²) plus storm water retention tanks (650 m³)
