Management Contract auditing for the Water and Wastewater Company Armenia
- Client: AWWC (Armenian Water and Wastewater Company)
- Sponsor: World Bank
- Duration: Since 2005
- Privatisation of the Armenian Water and Wastewater Company through a Management Contract, including the operational responsibility and management of investments, financed by the World Bank, under the ownership of AWWC

- Client: Deutsche Bank, Municipal Authority
- Duration: 1993 - 2005
- Privatisation of the water supply and wastewater management in the region of the Hanse-City of Rostock
- Services provided: Technical and economic structurisation, preparation and implementation of the transaction process, plus project contract auditing enduring implementation (technical and financial project auditor)


Management support for the Water Ministry of Algeria
- Client: Algérienne des Eaux, sponsored by the German GTZ)
- Duration: 2001 - 2004
- Management support of the Client, especially regarding PSP and tenders
- Services provided: PSP-relevant analysis of the water sector, PSP-relevant capacity building and training, support for a DBO-tender of eight desalination package plants in Algiers


Full operation plus asset management contract in Emmerich on the Rhine
- Client: Technische Werke Emmerich (communal water services)
- Duration: Since 2003
- assignment: reorganization and partial privatization of Technische Werke Emmerich
- Services provided: main study for reorganization, preparation and implementation of an EU-wide invitation to tender


Construction of the Sewage Treatment Plant Zagreb (Croatia)
- Client: Deutsche Bank, later followed by KfW and EBRD
- Duration: 1999 - 2000 plus after sales assignments
- Construction of a municipal centralised sewage treatment plant (capacity: 37,800 m³/h)
