Our Team consisting of engineering and economic experts covers all relevant sectors in water and sanitation. Especially in wastewater management. We are able to deliver all tasks regarding to the HOAI (the German regulation for chartered engineers registered as independent consultants), beginning with the research of base conditions, the base planning up to detail planning and even (as requested) construction engineering, elaboration of tender documents and procurement organisation, construction supervision and asset documentation. Additionally, we deliver project management and controlling. And we, CEEM, have earned outstanding success with assignments regarding "value engineering" (cost-reduction of existing planning respectively cost-optimisation on behalf of wastewater utilities etc.).
